FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Where do you usually do you do activities?
A: Main activities will be done at the public park near Kinrara Residence at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
Q: Do I need to be from Puchong to join your team?
A: Nope. My past participants comes from all over Klang Valley.
Q: I’m worried that I won’t be able to do the exercises as I haven’t been active for a long time. Are the workouts strenuous and involve heavy weights?
A: Most participants are just like you who want to start working out. The workouts are safe, effective and appropriate for all fitness levels. My objective is for you to have fun and enjoy your sessions. No heavy lifting required.
Q: What do I need to start the program?
A: Invest in a pair of comfortable and suitable training shoes (not running, futsal, badminton, etc). Proper shoes are important to support your feet and ankles and to avoid any injuries.
